UAB “Solutions” specifies in selling used spare parts. Every used part has 3 months warranty from the date of purchase. All new and rebuild parts have a 12 month warranty since being purchased. The warranty guarantees the buyer for a refund or money compensation.
1. The buyer has to proof that the item was built-in in a professional, specialized service in accordance with the installation instructions and maintenance requirements. Customer itself must provide engine tensioners, chains, belts before installing the engine into the car. This is applied to all engines, without exceptions. UAB “GTV Solutions” is responsible only for the engine (engine block, cylinder head, engine crankcase, pistons, crankshafts, bearings, valvular, compensators, distribution shaft.) except only in those cases where there is individually agreed with the customer according to the contract.
2. All of our engines are marked and sealed, without our consent the engine can not be opened and repaired. In that case the guarantee does not apply. We accept the return of goods only if it is in its original condition. All defects and shortcomings must be formally sent to info@gtvmotors.lt naming specific cause of the fault, giving computer evidence, vehicle service certificate, images or other data. UAB “GTV Solutions” commits to answer and find an agreement with the customer within 7 working days.
3. All the engines are dismantled from used vehicles after crashes therefore UAB “GTV Solutions” is based on only the speedometer mileage data, therefore we don’t take responsibility for their accuracy. All the disputes and claims are solved through UAB “GTV Solutions” office, if there is no conclusion with the customer continuing to represent UAB “GTV Solutions” is there lawyer’s office.
4. If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
Our delivery takes from 3 to 5 working days after receiving the payment. Each shipping price is calculated individually according to the recipient’s address. The shipping is paid by the buyer. If the delivery is impossible according to the recipient’s address UAB “GTV Solutions” has the right to withdraw from the contract. If the cargo is delivered to the buyer but he can’t claim it UAB “GTV Solutions” has the right to withdraw from the contract and to not refund the shipping.
